The small, romantic wine Bodega is located in the municipality of Garafía, in the district of El Castillo, surrounded by vineyards and woods.
The land is terraced and has approximately 8000 m². The Bodega located on the property has an area of about 50 m² and was planned as a weekend house. The house is not yet fully equipped and can be varied individually.
The property is ideal for friends of viticulture and as a holiday home, less for a permanent habitation.
The landscape in the midst of nature is balm for the soul.
