The finca is located between La Laguna/Los Llanos near Cruz Chica. The property has a unique location, with views of the Atlantic and the mountains, all the way to Los Llanos, the secret capital of the island. The altitude is only about 400 m above sea level and is therefore in an ideal climate zone, it is never too cold in winter and never too hot in summer.
